The GTS-HG Series is engineered with smooth, crevice-free stainless steel internal surfaces for pharmaceutical, food processing, and critical healthcare environments where air quality is mission-critical.
The GTS-HG Series Hygienic Air Handling Unit is purpose-built for environments where microbial control and cleanability are non-negotiable — pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, and hospital operating theatres. Internal surfaces are constructed from 304 or 316L stainless steel with coved, crevice-free internal corners that eliminate dirt traps and allow full wash-down cleaning.
The casing and internal components meet EN 1886 Class D1/D2 hygiene requirements and VDI 6022 guidelines, with HEPA-ready final filter stages and positive-pressure construction to prevent unfiltered air ingress. Access doors are fitted with hygienic gaskets and quick-release hardware for rapid internal inspection.
Every HG Series unit is factory-tested and supplied with full hygiene compliance documentation, supporting validation and qualification processes for regulated facilities.
